Q: Is your program covered by health
insurance?
A: No. payment is required at the time of visit
unless previous arrangements have been made with your company for
billing. Additional testing may or may not be covered by insurance.
We encourage you to contact your health insurance provider and ask
about any possible coverage for additional tests.

Q: How long does the Executive
Physical take?
A: Most tests are conveniently performed within
our office and conducted in a 4-5 hour period. We have morning and
afternoon sessions available, five days a week.

Q: How far in advance do
I need to schedule my appointment?
A: About 2-3 weeks. We are dedicated to meeting
the needs of our clients' hectic schedules and can usually accomodate
appointments sooner, if needed.

Q: What do I need to bring
with me?
A:

- A copy of your insurance card, as additional medical procedures,
if ordered, might be billed to your insurance provider.
- A list of current medications and any allergies to medications
you may have.
- Previous medical records, if available.
- A parking pass, which will be mailed to your home prior
to your appointment.

Q: What should I do to
prepare for my Executive Physical?
A: We ask that you not have anything to eat
or drink except water at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Wear loose comfortable clothing for your physical that can be removed
easily for examination purposes. Bring a sweater or sweatshirt,
as examination rooms may be cool.
Part of your physical may involve being on a treadmill. Wear appropriate
walking or running shoes and/or shoes that can also be easily removed
during tests. Women: for a mammogram - no body powder or deodorant
until the test is complete. For any CT or radiology tests, a sports
bra with no metal clasps would be ideal.

Q: I am from out of town.
Can someone help me arrange nearby hotel accommodation and transportation?
A: Our Executive Physical Coordinator
will be happy to assist you with any travel arrangements you may
need, including flight and hotel reservations, transportation to/from
the airport, etc.
